Learn the beginnings of the Ashtanga Yoga series, an authentic Yoga practice, where you connect your breath with movement in a moving meditation, designed to focus your mind and stretch and strengthen every part of your body.

Hi, I'm Nadine, I am a qualified Ashtanga Yoga teacher - Yoga Alliance 200 Hour Certification in Ashtanga Yoga with Centered Yoga in Koh Samui, Thailand, and have been teaching Yoga, maintaining a strong personal yoga practice and attending regular ongoing training for 20 years.
I have taught 18 to 80 year-olds, also marathon runners through to those with debilitating physical ailments - THE MOST EXCITING THING ABOUT ASHTANGA YOGA IS THAT ANYONE CAN DO THIS! Every pose can be modified to suit you. I created "My Yoga Den" because I want to help others fall in love with this wonderful practice and become addicted to their daily dose of Yoga! I’d like to encourage you to create your very own “My Yoga Den” in your home. All you need is a Yoga mat and the willingness to take the time to do something that makes you feel good… an act of self love. How To Get Started: Attend Yoga classes - it’s a must for learning to safely perform the postures, as well as a source of inspiration. Once you learn the basics, fostering a regular at-home practice is where you will really experience the benefits for mind and body, because it is not what we do sometimes that makes the difference, it is what we do often. |
