1. Be Yourself.
Be yourself, everyone else is taken! There is no one else in the world exactly like you. You are special and unique. No one else has your unique blend of talents, skills and view points. Live consciously, get to know yourself, accentuate your positives, and just be the best you possible. It’s great to learn from others, it’s even ok to admire others, but when you try to be like others you are not being true to yourself and you will not feel free and at peace within yourself. Go out there and show the world who you are and put your best foot forward. Say to yourself everyday, “Today I am going to be the best me possible.” Just being yourself is totally liberating.
2. What Anyone Else Thinks Of You Is None Of Your Business.
When you grasp this idea that what anyone else thinks of you is none of your business, it is a really freeing thought. Imagine not having to ever worry again about what anyone else thinks of you, how free would you feel then?
3. Feel Grateful Everyday.
Every moment is another opportunity to feel grateful. Feelings of gratitude and feelings of negativity can not co-exist. Start and end each day thinking of all the things that you have to be grateful for. Rather than feeling trapped by what you don’t have, instead count your blessing, because the very things that you take for granted, someone else is praying for.
4. Be Here Now.
Keep your focus on the here and now. All you have is this present moment. Future dreams and goals are great, but this moment is where your power is. You are free right now in this moment. Be fully conscious, enjoy each moment. You will never experience this moment again.
5. Choose Your Attitude.
No matter what the situation, you have the freedom to choose your attitude. You have the freedom to choose your thoughts. You have the freedom to choose your response and actions. Realize that you are always, ALWAYS free to choose your attitude. If something is bothering you, you are keeping yourself trapped. Let it go. Think to yourself, “Will this matter in a year's time?” Chances are it will not, so don’t waste another moment on it. Let it go and be free.
What you put out is what you get. Thinking about your lack, will bring more lack. Think about what you DO want. Visualize it. Feel it as if you have it right now in your life. Feel how great it feels. Put out the right vibes to attract what you want in your life. You are free to think and feel and attract what you want in your life.
7. Take Action.
Rather than wishing for something and feeling stuck because you don’t have it. Take action. What can you do today to make a move towards the things that you want in your life? Search for answers, there’s always some action you can take to get out of a situation where you don’t feel free.
Freedom is a wonderful feeling. Try some of these things today. You deserve to feel free!
