We all have those days or moments when if someone was to tell us to be grateful, we’d feel like screaming at them,
“Get real, take your gratitude and shove it!”

I've been pondering a few ideas about why being grateful is so hard to do. I think this is important to address, because there's one, and only one, reason why gratitude won't work for you -
Gratitude doesn't work, because you don't do it.

There's copious amounts of research that tells us gratitude is good for us, neuroplasticity, rewiring our brain, and all that, but the more I practice gratitude, the more I get the feeling it's a superpower!

One of the most common things that distracts us is worry. Learn Nir Eyal's strategy of making time to worry later. Set your worries aside and get back to what you said you were going to do.
How to manage your inner bully.
Each of us has an inner bully to some degree, atleast at times. What’s worse, our inner bully seems to rear its head when we’re going through challenges or feeling low. At the times when we most need support, our inner voice is anything but supportive!
