Reading these descriptions of the word vitality, is there anyone who would not wish to strive after this way of being and living?
Feeling vitality is an indicator of wellbeing - feeling good & functioning well. Vitality, like wellbeing, does not come from one magic ingredient. As you’ll see in the range of articles covered in this issue Vitality is holistic.

- capacity for survival or for the continuation of a meaningful or purposeful existence
- power to live or grow
