I just want to thank you for the beautiful magazine and personal card! You have captured the essence of what I’m all about so well - I’m thrilled with the article. The magazine is such a great read with so many helpful tips, ideas and great interaction throughout! I’m so happy that there is now a magazine like this in NZ, one that feels so positive and constructive too. You and your team have done a tremendous job and I look forward to seeing the next issue!"

Just wanted to say how much we are enjoying the magazine.  I bought just before lockdown to read and share with my clients. At the moment it sits at home and I treat myself occasionally and read an article. I noticed my kids have also picked it up and had a read of the teen section. Your magazine is wonderful. Keep up the good work. Kia kaha

This magazine is filled with fantastic wisdom, I love every page- it’s been a really good resource to give youth during lockdown and they are enjoying their own learning about themselves through discussions in this magazine- thank you Nadine Hickman for being brave & putting your strengths into solutions for New Zealanders education around their well being.

I have just received (and finished reading) my Autumn PEPTALK issue and you have absolutely smashed it out of the park. I am a young shepherd working in Taihape and I am so passionate about mental health and wellness, especially focusing in the rural sector. This magazine is perfect, it covers all aspects of mental health in many ways, making it easy for different people to be able to relate and make connections.  The interactive parts of the magazine absolutely top it off, you don't feel like you are just reading a heap of boring stories, it feels like the whole thing is made especially for you.

I was instantly drawn to PEPTALK Magazine, beautiful graphics with gorgeous writing. How amazing to put up a fight against one of NZ's biggest problems in such a fresh and uplifting way. It's initiatives like this that make me feel excited for the New Zealand my children will grow up in.

It's clever how the front is catered to adults and then flips over to the youth section, it seems it would make mental health help more casually accessible to youth who may be embarrassed to look into it themselves, I'm impressed and I feel like it's about time!

I just got my magazine with one of your "on particularly tough days" cards, signed by Nadine. Thank you. I was having a moment where my brain was on overdrive and an emotional downward spiral and it was just what I needed to pick me up. Thank you so much for that 'make me feel better moment', I most sincerely appreciate it. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

This is a fabulous resource and much needed. Knowing that 50% of adults will experience mental health issues during their life time, these are conversations that we must be having! You are helping to make these conversations normal and relevant and it's great that it comes from within New Zealand so it's easy to connect with too. My husband even picked it up and said, "This looks good can I have a read" .... he’s not normally interested in that kind of stuff, so that was cool.

Trying out a new NZ Mental Health magazine based on evidence based well-being strategies. Also, no adverts reminding me that I'm not rich, skinny, pretty, spontaneous, fun to be around etc. 'Women's' mags I'm dissing you right now!!
