July at Peptalk has been about remembering, rekindling, and recommitting to your 2024 goals.
Why? Because this month marks the year half way done!
I don't believe there's anyone reading this who didn't start out this year with a goal of some sort.
Whether it was a written down goal or a casual intention, I believe you had a goal.
July's Peptalks have focused on the reality that >> The small things you do each day are the key to personal growth, goal attainment, or mission accomplishment.
There's a challenge with this reality.
Goals and dreams and the possibility of the rewards that come with them are exciting and thrilling.

The trick is to turn the daily challenging or boring tasks into something that gets you fired up and excited.
The language you use can make all the difference.
My ears pricked up when I heard a catchy phrase from Steven Kotler (Peak performance author & teacher) referring to the daily tasks that lead towards our longer-term goals.
He called these tasks tiny MISSIONS.
